I’ve quickly come to realise, after many requests from visitors, that most would like to see a bigger cross section of knife sharpeners reviewed on this site.

While it was my intention originally to include only Wusthof Knife Sharpeners I have now decided that when I find excellent examples of other knife sharpeners I will include a review of it on this site.
